At Roomviax, we are committed to offering quality furniture and dependable customer support. This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage that may apply to eligible products purchased through our website.
This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to your rights under applicable law and is separate from our Refund and Returns Policy.
1. Warranty Coverage
Roomviax warrants that eligible products purchased directly from our website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential indoor use, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions described in this Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty applies only to defects that arise from normal intended use of the product and does not apply to issues caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Warranty Period
This Limited Warranty applies only for the warranty period, if any, stated on the product page, in the product description, or in any written warranty information provided with the product at the time of purchase.
If no separate warranty period is expressly stated for a product, Roomviax reserves the right to review warranty-related requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the nature of the issue, the product condition, and the supporting information provided by the customer.
3. Who Is Covered
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and only for products purchased directly from roomviax.com.
This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners, resellers, or other third parties.
4. What Is Covered
Subject to verification and approval by Roomviax, this Limited Warranty may cover:
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Manufacturing defects in workmanship
- Structural defects that occur under normal intended indoor residential use
- Product issues that are determined by Roomviax to have resulted from a manufacturing fault rather than customer use or external causes
5. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic changes resulting from ordinary use
- Minor variations in wood grain, color, texture, finish, fabric tone, or natural material characteristics
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Damage caused by improper assembly, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions
- Damage caused by exposure to moisture, humidity, heat, direct sunlight, chemicals, or environmental conditions
- Scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, or fabric wear resulting from regular use
- Damage caused by pets, animals, insects, or pests
- Damage caused by accidents, impact, dropping, dragging, or overloading
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Commercial, rental, institutional, or non-residential use
- Products that have been used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose
- Dissatisfaction related to personal preference, comfort preference, or change of mind
- Damage occurring during return shipping arranged without our approval
- Issues already disclosed at the time of sale
- Damage that should be addressed under our shipping, return, or inspection procedures rather than warranty review
6. Natural Characteristics of Furniture
Many furniture products are made with natural or upholstered materials. The following are considered normal characteristics and are not treated as defects under this Limited Warranty:
- Natural variations in wood grain, knots, or texture
- Slight differences in finish tone or color
- Softening of cushions or upholstery over time
- Minor settling of padding or fabric
- Small dimensional tolerances
- Natural aging of materials through normal use
These characteristics are part of the normal nature of furniture products and do not indicate a manufacturing defect.

To help preserve warranty eligibility, customers are responsible for:
- Using the product only for its intended indoor household purpose
- Following reasonable care and maintenance practices
- Inspecting the product upon delivery
- Contacting Roomviax promptly after discovering a potential issue
- Providing accurate information and supporting documentation when submitting a warranty request
Failure to properly use, care for, or maintain the product may void warranty eligibility.

- Replace the product
- Provide a partial or full refund where appropriate

The remedy provided, if any, will be determined by Roomviax based on the nature of the issue, product availability, and other relevant circumstances.
10. Limitations of Remedy
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the remedies described in this Limited Warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available for eligible warranty claims.
Roomviax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, loss of time, loss of opportunity, or other related costs arising from a product issue, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Shipping Damage and Delivery Issues
Damage that occurs during delivery, or issues involving incorrect items, missing parts, or visibly damaged packaging, should be reported to Roomviax as soon as possible after delivery.
Such issues may be handled under our customer support, delivery review, return, or exchange procedures rather than under this Limited Warranty.
12. Relationship to Returns Policy
This Limited Warranty is separate from our Refund and Returns Policy.
Roomviax offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. If your request falls within the return window, it may be handled through our return or exchange process instead of this Limited Warranty.
13. No Other Express Warranty
Except as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty, Roomviax makes no other express warranties regarding its products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the extent and duration allowed by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
