Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Return Eligibility
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

- The item must be returned with all original parts, accessories, and packaging whenever possible
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements above.
2. Free Returns and Exchanges
Roomviax offers free return shipping and free exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return period.
Customers will not be charged a return shipping fee for approved returns or exchanges that meet our policy requirements.

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
4. Response Time for Return Requests
We respond to return and exchange requests within 48 hours during business days.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at service@roomviax.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first so our support team can confirm eligibility and provide the next steps.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution, including a refund when appropriate.
7. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We currently process payments through PayPal, so approved refunds will be sent back through the original PayPal payment method used for the order.
Please note:
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
- It may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after the refund is issued
8. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, exchanges, or refunds may be refused in situations including but not limited to:
- The return request is made after the 30-day return period
- The item is returned in damaged condition due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
- The product is returned incomplete, with missing parts not caused by us
- The item is not the product originally purchased from Roomviax
- The return does not comply with the instructions provided by our support team
9. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@roomviax.com.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, so we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be completed once order processing has begun.
If an order is successfully canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If the order has already shipped, the order will need to follow the normal return process after delivery.
10. Return Shipping Process
Approved returns must be sent according to the return instructions provided by our customer support team.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may delay processing or affect return eligibility.
11. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders
- Return shipping cost: Free for eligible approved returns and exchanges
Because Roomviax offers free shipping on all orders, there is no original shipping fee to deduct for standard approved returns.
12. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund after approval:
- Please first check your PayPal account
- Contact your payment provider if necessary
- Allow additional processing time for the refund to be posted
