We want you to feel confident when shopping with Roomviax. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories included.

Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after the order is placed, provided that the order has not yet been processed, prepared for shipment, transferred to a fulfillment partner, or shipped.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. We will confirm by email whether the cancellation has been successfully completed.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us first before sending anything back.

Email us at support@Roomviax.com with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Do not return items without approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used, assembled, installed, altered, or damaged items
Items missing original packaging, parts, or accessories
Clearance items
Final sale items
Custom or personalized items
Items returned without approval

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer reasons, such as changed mind, wrong size, wrong color, or the item does not fit your space, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you by email.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the refund.
