Roomviax provides free standard shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, and throughout Canada.

Shipping Area

United States

We currently ship only to physical addresses within the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or other international destinations.

Canada

We provide shipping to eligible physical addresses throughout Canada, including all provinces and territories.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Time

United States

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is usually 6–9 business days, including processing and transit time.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, address issues, freight scheduling, or other circumstances.

Canada

After a Canadian order ships, delivery usually takes 7–9 business days. The estimated total delivery time is usually 8–11 business days, including processing and transit time.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the product’s size, weight, destination, and availability, orders may be shipped through USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or another approved carrier. Products from the same order may arrive in separate packages or on different dates.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging.
